A bequest to our Ruel Foundation children will change lives into eternity. Our commitment to the physical and spiritual welfare of children living in poverty with physical disabilities in developing nations is not only changing lives but changing communities. Children are now recovering their self esteem, going back to school, getting an education, daring to dream of being a pilot, fireman, nurse or teacher.
