A MAN IS NEVER SO TALL AS WHEN HE STOOPS TO HELP A CHILD!

Most of the children we accept for surgery have either cleft lip and palate, club feet or tumours. The Foundation concentrates on finding children who live in poverty in isolated areas. These children are often over looked due to their isolation and a lack of funding. Foundation staff, working with local health care authorities, can take days to find and successfully process these children.

The average cost of each child is approximately $US375.00 which includes transportation, accommodation, medication, doctors visits and pre-op checks. We work closely with other similar organisations to share costs whenever possible.

Surgeries are carried out in local healthcare facilities with local staff and surgeons. On making a donation for a child's surgery, your funds will be assigned to a specific child and a photo of that child will be sent to you.

If you would like to help a child with a specific surgical need such as clubfeet, cleft lip, cleft palate or hernia etc, please record that preference in the space provided on our donation page or leave blank if you have no preference.
