Mangyan twins

They are 1yr 2mths old but still can not hold their head up.
They are malnourished and have anemia. They should have brown skin not white. their medical tests show no abnormality so praise God for that!
We will put them on our specialized feeding program then when they are well unite them with their family.

Ruel, our namesake, was found suffering from malnutrition in a hospital due to a cleft lip with cleft palate. He was unable to suckle properly or ingest food to satisfy his growing body. His mother could not afford the surgery to rectify this ailment, or the nutrients necessary to provide her child with an adequate diet. Thanks to the simple surgery to rectify this problem Ruel is now a happy and healthy little boy.
